When your PrivateVPN app won't connect, try these solutions:

Open PrivateVPN app then click on Advanced View.
Go to Settings on the left menu and then click on Install/Repair.
If you have User Account Control enabled, click Yes.
Go back to Simple View and then click the ON/OFF button to reconnect.
Connect using a different VPN Protocol
Proceed to PrivateVPN app then click on Advanced View.
At the Dashboard menu, click on Connection Type and then select OpenVPN (TUN+TCP+443).
Click Connect Now button to reconnect.
*If the above fix did not work for you, try L2TP Connection Type.
Reinstall PrivateVPN app
Download and run the latest version of the installer file from here: https://privatevpn.com/client/privatevpn-win-new.exe
If you have User Account Control enabled, click on Yes.
Click on Repair.
Wait for the repair process to complete..
Reopen PrivateVPN app and then retry to connect.

Go to PrivateVPN app and then click on Advanced view.
Select Settings on the left menu and then click on Click to open logs folder. A new window with the log folder will open (do not close this).
Go to StableHost Chat Page: https://www.stablehost.com/chat.php
Click Send us a message button.
Drag and drop the recent log files (from the log folder) to the Message box.
Leave the message that you want us to check your PrivateVPN logs.
