You will be requested to input the email address you have on file:
Once you place the email address hit submit and a new message with further instructions will be sent to your email address:
Check your email inbox (and your spam folder too) and look for a message like this one (Subject: Your login details from StableHost), follow the link provided on that message:
A new web browser page will be opened asking for the secret answer of your account, put it and click on Submit:
IMPORTANT: Your secret answer is case sensitive, which means you need to write it down exactly as you did it the first time, then click submit:
Note: If at this point you weren't able to determine what secret answer you used, please contact us asking to recover the password of the client area and that you don't know the secret answer. We will need to manually verify your identity and reset your password manually. Otherwise proceed with the next step:
Then a new screen will appear, you'll be asked to set a new password twice:
- Make sure to choose a strong password.
- Keep it in a safe place so you won't lose it the next time.
- Click Save Changes.
That's all, now the password for the client area has been set, you can follow the link on the last screen for logging in:
