For many reasons, you may need to clear this cache once in a while. In order to reach that goal please follow these steps:
Log into the Moodle Dashboard
Navigate and click on Administration > Site administration > Development > Purge all caches
Once the page is opened, click Purge all caches.
Click Continue.
Done. You've cleared all the Moodle's Cache.
