If you need to change the password of your cPanel account, follow these steps:
Log in to the customer portal.
Once logged into the customer portal, click on Services and then My Services.
Modify the plan you want by clicking on the Active button on its right side.
Click on the ‘Change Password‘ tab in the Actions box:
Input your new password.
Confirm your password.
Click on ‘Save Changes‘:
Important: The cPanel password must be 10 characters long and it must include at least two numbers, two uppercase letters, and two symbols ($,%,&,@,=) otherwise it will fail.
