We believe in providing clear and transparent information about our services, including the renewal process for your hosting plan at StableHost. Here's a detailed breakdown of how the renewal system works, ensuring you're well-informed and confident in your hosting experience with us.

Your hosting plan at StableHost is set to renew automatically at the end of each term, whether it's monthly, quarterly, yearly, or for a longer duration. This automatic renewal system is designed to make your hosting experience seamless and hassle-free. You don't have to worry about manual renewals, ensuring your website remains online without interruptions.

For those on monthly plans, the renewal invoice is generated ten (10) days before the renewal date. This early generation provides you with ample time to review the invoice and make any necessary arrangements.

If you've opted for quarterly, yearly, or longer-term plans, the renewal invoice is generated 30 days before the renewal date. This extended timeframe allows for careful consideration and planning for the upcoming term.

To keep you well-informed, we send a friendly reminder five (5) days before the next renewal date. This reminder ensures that you're aware of the upcoming renewal and provides you with an opportunity to address any questions or concerns you might have.

We understand that sometimes you might want to renew your hosting plan before the scheduled renewal date. At StableHost, we value your flexibility. If you wish to renew your hosting plan ahead of time, you can easily initiate the process by contacting us. Simply log into the client area, open a chat with our Billing team, and they will guide you through the renewal process, ensuring your website's continuity without any delays.
