We're here to make your hosting experience as smooth as possible, and that includes providing you with the right support at all time. Here's what our team is here to assist you with:

Sales and Billing: Whether you're upgrading, ordering new services, or facing payment issues, we've got you covered.

Control Panel Assistance: Any questions about our Customer Portal, cPanel, WHM, or SolusVM are welcome. Rebooting your VPS, re-installing your VPS and so on. We're here for you!

Email Support: From email setup to sending/receiving problems, consider it sorted.

FTP and Website Uploads: Struggling with FTP or uploading your site? Our team will gladly guide you through the process.

Script Installation: Need help installing scripts? Our automated script installer (Softaculous) is our expertise.

What's Not in Our Scope:

Custom Software: Installing non-automated scripts or third-party plugins? Unfortunately, it's not within our standard support.

Programming Work: For HTML, PHP, Perl, or any programming language changes, you might need a specialist.

Script Fixes: If your script needs modifications to work on our platform, it falls outside our standard scope.

Account Recovery: Unless you're on an enterprise account, account recovery from compromise isn't covered.

We're here to help to the best of our abilities. While we can't solve every script puzzle, if it's a common issue, count on us to assist you in getting back on track.
