This is a very fast but accurate way to get into your wordpress instance.
Log into your StableHost cPanel account. If you don't know how, read this article first.
Once logged in, go to the "Softaculous App Installer" section and click on the Wordpress icon:
You will get a full list of your WordPress instances at the bottom, choose the one you want to manage and click on the small Wordpres icon:

On this page, you will be able to update, clone, stage, and even delete your WordPress instance. You can also log into your WordPress admin site, change the URL of your blog and tweak some extra settings:
