Domain names automatically renew every year, if by any chance you have disabled the auto-renewal for your domain name and wish to reverse that, please follow the next steps:
Log into the customer's portal.
Click on 'Domains' then on 'My Domains'.
Find the domain you wish to enable automatic renewals, click the green "Active" button.
Click on the 'Auto Renew' button at the left side box called 'Manage'.
Click the ‘Enable Auto Renew’ button.
