Automated Configuration

We have automated configuration files for plenty of email clients:

You can download and apply the configuration of your email address on your email client automatically by following these steps:

  1. Go to Email Accounts:
    โ€‹

  2. Find the email account you wish to configure and click on "Connect Devices":

  3. Identify your email client and click on link at the Protocols column:
    โ€‹

  4. This will bring further instructions in how to proceed further depending on the Application you've chosen.

Manual Configuration

Please use the following information for e-mail settings:

Protocol: POP3/POP

Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com

Incoming POP3 port: 995
Username: [email protected]
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com

Outgoing Mail Port (SMTP): 465

Enable Authentication on POP3 and SMTP servers.

Few things to note:

  • Replace yourdomain.com with your real domain name.

  • The username is your full email address, so if you're checking email for [email protected], that would be username.

  • In order to send outgoing email through our servers, we require authentication while sending. There should be an area to setup authentication for outbound email.

If you have any questions or problems setting up your email, please open up a support ticket and we will help accordingly.
