AWStats is disabled by default on all accounts as most people don't use them and they take up a lot of CPU.
However, if you wish to view AWStats, you can enable it yourself.
To enable, please log into your cPanel and search for 'Metrics Editor' and get in.
On that screen, there will be a checkbox next to AWStats for the domain you wish to activate it.
Once you check it and save it, within 24 hours, you will start to receive your stats via AWStats.
